چکیده
Abstract The current study aimed to explore the hypothesis that probiotic bacteria are significantly involved in control of obesity using Wistar rats as test group by feeding high fat diets (HFD) induced obesity. A total four groups were considered viz., normal pellet diet fed (NC), HFD (DC), treated with fermented milk soy protein isolate (SPI) and whey concentrate (WPC) (T1), without WPC SPI (T2). Body weight, abdominal liver serum Alanine aminotransferase level, alkaline phosphatase level ( p < 0.05) decreased after giving daily product supplementation @ 2 ml per day for continuous 4 weeks. Whereas, C-reactive Aspartate levels not altered a significant extent. histology from disease model showed large lipid vacuoles deposited parenchyma cells. Product T2 confirmed fewer micro vesicular fatty changes appearance was better than T1. Overall, vivo results indicated exerted anti-obesity effect. Graphical

Neurotrophic Effects of Swimming and Crocin Consumption on the Rats with Obesity Induced by a High-fat Diet
Introduction: Obesity is known as a multifactorial physical disorder. On the other hand, regular sport exercises and crocin consumption have beneficial effects on obesity. In this regard, the present study aimed to investigate the effect of eight weeks of swimming training with crocin consumption on neurotrophic factors in the heart tissue of obese rats. Methods</strong...

Introduction. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of high fat diet-induced obesity and interval and continuous exercise training on visceral fat SIRT1 and insulin resistance in male rats. Method. Forty male rats were divided into two groups: high-fat diet (HFD; n=32) and standard diet (C; n=8). After 10 weeks inducing obesity, eight rats from the HFD and C groups were sacrifi...
